In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, we are happy to do an exchange. We may ask for additional information so that we can follow up on the issue with our manufacturer. Please note that all items are inspected before shipping and that a jewel case that breaks en route does not constitute a defect. We also reserve the right to open and inspect your replacement prior to shipping in order to ensure that the replacement is not defective.

Should you receive a duplicate title as a gift, we are happy to exchange the item for another in our catalogue as long as the duplicate item is still sealed in its original shrink wrap.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on opened releases in good working order.
